RCA Professional- Program Management Analyst (TOS)

The TOS Technology Quality Assurance Function (QAF) Program Management Analyst partners with stakeholders from TOS QAF, Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and technology groups. Duties include:

Evidence Management

Participate in developing a shared evidence approach with internal and external stakeholders

Manage evidence collection and cursory review for key ISS and Technology controls

Facilitate evidence retention and access for auditors and other interested parties


Prepare and publish monthly executive risk reporting decks

Updated and distribute internal TOS QAF Tech operations reports

Issue Management

Validate that remediation plans adequately address process, risk and control changes needed to sustainably address the issue

Provide RCA managers with periodic updates on issue testing status, barriers and preliminary findings.


Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

- 10 or more years of experience in an applicable risk management environment

- Applicable professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC or CISM

Preferred Skills/Experience

- 2 or more years working with IT general controls

- Strong knowledge of the technology functions, processes, services and tools, systems and associated risks/controls.

- Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business

- Considerable understanding of the business line's operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls

- Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies

- Considerable knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies

- Strong process facilitation, project management, and analytical skills

- Must possess business acumen and credibility to help business line(s) proactively identify and address changing workforce needs

- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations
