A manufacture located in Plainville is looking for a Customer Service representative experienced in Returns/Sales Support
Skills, Qualifications:
-Evaluates return authorization requests for feasibility: complete return authorization form if accepted: provide options if not accepted
-Provide information on repair/return policies
-Provide options to customer regarding warranty or non-warrenty returns; determines prices and delivery for repairs and provides price and delivery information for replacement units
-Read and evaluate contracts for returned material, escalates to manager with recommendation
-Act directly in handing and expediting of repair and replacement orders
-Coordinates distribution of corrective action reports: makes recommendations on improvements for any corrective action report
-Knows and understand the different media returned products have been used in
-Assists in conducting presentations: prepares instructional material for training purposes
-Works with engineering and sales for product development with regard to returned material
Working hours: 8:00-5:00
Education Required:
Associated degree or 4 plus year in sales support/repair work
