Description
Responsible for effectively leading Spine and Pain, Digestive Health and Neuroscience (medical) in service line delivery, program development, growth management, financial performance and quality improvement. Leads, mentors, and coaches management team. Builds cohesive relationships with internal and external customers and ancillary departments. Develops and manages departmental budgets. Supports and advances the mission and goals of the oganization. Bachelor's degree required with a Masters egree in health care managment or business related field.
