Responsible for the coordination, administration and implementation of corporate Workers Compensation program which includes processing claims, incident review and analysis, OSHA log compilation and ergonomic evaluations. Process and facilitate Workers' Compensation claims in conjunction with third party administrator (TPA).
. Coordinate Light Duty and Employee Accident Recurrence Programs.
. Review, evaluate trends and analyze incident reports, submitting reports to appropriate committees.
. Provide administrative support to the Manager, Disability Services.
. Maintain OSHA log and prepares and files other regulatory requirements as needed.
. Develop and maintain effective incident reporting programs.
. Coordinate and/or perform ergonomic evaluations as needed.
. Provide monthly metric compilations and reporting
Requirements:
. Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent.
. Two (2) years experience in workers comp claim management or handling liability insurance claims.
. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Advanced Excel; experience with Kronos, HRIS systems.
. Strong communication skills: Ability to interact effectively and efficiently including clear communication skills with all levels of staff and external agencies.
. Knowledge of applicable OSHA, JCAHO, local, state and federal regulations.
. Knowledge of safety and loss control processes.
. Ability to maintain confidentiality
