Title: Budget Analyst

Key Role:
Formulate, justify, and execute budgets for organizations, programs, or projects. Perform budget application of laws, regulations, policies, precedents, methods, and techniques of budgeting as it relates to the AR, including the USARC depot and related maintenance programs. Plan and assign personnel for given projects or tasks. This position is located in Fayetteville, NC.
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with Army budgeting
-Experience with operating budgets for units or departments based on actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other factors
-Experience with maintaining records of expenses, inventories, budget balances, audits vouchers, and expense accounts
-Ability to review expenditures of requisitioning departments to ensure conformance to budget
-Secret clearance
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with computer input, retrieval, or budget information display
-Experience with reviewing progress, evaluating results, interpreting and applying organization policy
-Ability to work under general supervision and plan, conduct, and supervise assignments
-Ability to recommend changes in procedures
-Ability to operate with substantial latitude for un-reviewed action or decision
-BA or BS degree
