Monitor daily production for quality, order completion, and tracking. Travel to other plants to verify quality, product developments, production complaints or issues, etc. Cost saving - targeting increasing yields, box changes, production line changes, etc, anything to lower cost or raise value. Communicate daily with customers addressing concerns. Coordinate and attend export customer visits and plant tours. Product availabity - work with plants to develop ways to create more available products. (ex: Milan export loins)
