Title: Program Specialist

Key Role:
Plan, conduct, oversee, and manage USARC depot-related tasks. Perform as the lead for a multidisciplinary team and produce high-quality results and products in a fast-paced work environment. Direct DMOPS and other related systems and integrate new tools and technologies to meet customer needs. Manage the continuity of team member's work through the project and apply AR knowledge of the depot maintenance program and related maintenance efforts. This position is located in Fayetteville, NC.
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with Army depot maintenance support
-5 years of experience with DMOPS
-5 years of experience as a maintenance production control supervisor or manager
-Secret clearance
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting and maintaining army tactical equipment
-Experience with project management in an army maintenance environment
-BA or BS degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
