Project Manager - Process Documentation
Duration-3 month contract, possible extension
The successful candidate will have deep expertise in using Microsoft Project to describe activities and milestones that enable capture all existing procedures and daily task list for purpose of creating a global training program.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
.Develop a project plan and meet delivery at each set date and milestone.
.Manage training book schedule and detailed deliverable tracking (including agenda / notes management, action items follow-ups)
.Manage documentation of changes/issues and risks
.Tracking and updated of team SharePoint site
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
.5 years experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and Excel. Able to map processes using Visio.
.3-5 years experience with project management
.Excellent skills including ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
.1-3 years experience in process development and/or documentation
.1-3 years experience in the technology industry (required knowledge on Microsoft and its products)
.Background in training development is preferred
