The Hospice Clinical Manager is responsible for customer service, operational efficiency, quality improvement, financial outcomes, human resource management, clinical programs and/or outcomes, physician relations. Manages day-to-day operations and relationships and identifies the needs of customers (stakeholders). Provides leadership for staff and others to assure quality patient/family care and customer service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:. RN currently licensed without sanction in the State of Michigan. BSN or related degree preferred, Certification in Hospice/Palliative care preferred. . Must possess excellent, current nursing knowledge and skills. Relevant experience in the hospice/home health setting as would normally be acquired through 2-3 years of clinical experience required. . Must be able to build teams and relationships, lead process improvement and build a cultured of accountability. . Ability and desire to embrace the Genesys Values. . Demonstrated ability or willingness to learn core management competencies such as meeting effectiveness, conflict resolution, project management and process improvement initiatives. . Must have current driver's license/ability to drive to facilitate home visits. . Computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets preferred.
