Our Seating Division is looking for a Management Development Manager-Regional BU US/CAN to be based at its Troy, MI location. The role of a Management Development Manager is to manage the development, training, and competencies management of Managers and Professionals within a Division, Business Group or support function, in line with the Group human resources policies and practices. The main missions of the role are to: Lead career management activities within his/her scope of responsibility to improve service both to management and employees. Reinforce the consistency of functional management through Organization Development Will calibrate in and out flows (turnover, mobility, internal promotion, staffing needs-?); to assess the skills and competencies situation; to provide a detailed picture for key positions and reservoirs; to measure short and mid term back ups rates; and to be able to evaluate the current situation for High-Potentials and potential managers. Anticipate future needs based on the HR Mid-Term Plan and a detailed resources planning approach -?, launching appropriate actions to be able to provide resources on a -~just in time-T basis (i.e. recruit specific profiles, develop specific career paths, launch training-?). Contribute to the Group-Ts Management Development processes: support the annual People Review and Annual Performance & Development Review (APDR) processes; validate participation to key Corporate trainings; conduct Exit Interviews; organize Career Committee-Ts; etc-?
