Department Description: This position services all areas that St. John Providence Health System Home Care services.
Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, and in accordance with agency standards and policies, provides treatment, nursing care and health instruction to patients. Ensures individualized treatment of assigned patients. Supports the mission, belief and values of the Ascension Health Care, St. John Providence Health System, St. John Providence Home Care, and St. John Providence Hospice.

Required:
Current RN License in the State of Michigan
Current Michigan Driver''s License
Current Auto Insurance
Associates degree in Nursing
One year of nursing experience
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with diverse populations
Good organizational skills
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to change
Familiar with computer
Preferred:
Bachelors degree in Nursing
Two to three years nursing experience
Oncology/Hospice experience
