Complete nursing visits in a patient''s home. Head to toe assessments, wound care, teaching of disease process, medication management, IV management, and coordination of care. Requires 1 year or more of previous home care experience or previous critical care experience. Must have reliable transportation and a valid unrestricted drivers license. Will cover weekend visits due to increased volume.
