Description
Our Ascend Leardership Training Program (ALT), formerly known as CLO, is for recent college graduates or experienced production plant employees with leadership skills. It offers a full-time position that is focused on training, development, and career growth. Successfull graduates of the program are placed into supervisory rolls within six months.
ALTs gain an exciting introduction to the company from the ground up, including classroom instruction and shadowing complementary jobs in one of our beef plants. Each ALT completes a real-world assignment that’s geared toward making a solid impact on the business and on your career.
Qualifications:
·Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
·A history of interpersonal and leadership skills
·The ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
·An interest and background in animal sciences, animal agriculture, food sciences, or a related field
·Availability to travel and take up residence in other cities, states and/or countries
