Job Summary: Under direct supervision, assists the clinical staff in providing services by performing patient care activities.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Graduate of a Medical Assistant Certification program and/or graduate of a certified EMT program
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of proper blood drawing techniques and injection techniques
Demonstrate accuracy in preparation and maintenance of charts
Preferred:
Certified Medical Assistant
6 months previous medical office experience
