Our client is looking for a senior level Java developer. The position entails a Advisor/ Team Lead role to help with a new platform. On a day-to-day basis, this individual will be developing a new application and modifying an existing application to support the business initiative system. The candidate will lead overall design and oversee the development and modernization of several mission critical cross-functional, multi-platform application system. The position entails documentation of application architecture and blueprints and define application components, platforms, interfaces, and development tools. To be qualified for this position, the candidate should have thorough understanding of establishing application framework design including SOA, Web services, Weblogic, JBOSS, Spring and platform experience with Linux/Unix background. Experience in building real-time interfaces between heterogeneous systems and large scale, high transaction, mission critical enterprise systems are preferred.
