Conduct Counter-IED (C-IED) training to prepare individuals and units to deploy in support of combatant commanders  C-IED needs. Train, model and simulate C-IED activities in readily understandable formats to ensure C-IED proficiency in deploying units and individuals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;B. Conduct classroom instruction, distributed learning and Mission Rehearsal/Readiness field training exercises. Support training elements/agencies including the Combat Training Centers (CTCs), Power Projection Platforms, test sites and areas, interagency groups, Army TRADOC Systems Managers (TSMs), the USMC MCWFL, and TECOM.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;C. Capture comprehensive data from actual IED events/activity, Blue Force operations, ISR coverage and training exercises. Observe, collect, develop, validate, and disseminate emerging IED Defeat tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;D. Analyze, assess and define training requirements to enable the fusion of intelligence, operations, and materiel/non-material C-IED solutions.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;E. Integrate emerging C-IED technologies and TTP into instruction. Compile and store C-IED information including data, studies, test reports, and operational reports.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;F. Identify and integrate IED Defeat countermeasure technologies. Identify IED Defeat innovations to joint and service training centers. Develop, revise and maintain C-IED curriculum to incorporate lessons learned.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;Qualifications:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE -&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;G. Candidates must possess an AS, BS or BA degree and 5 years of experience in intelligence training, intelligence analysis, Counter-IED operational experience and/or C-IED training.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;H. Experience in tactical formations - battalion, brigade/regiment or division/regional command. Equivalent academic, intelligence community or defense industry experience may be substituted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;(for item G - the three levels of trainer - Principal, Senior &amp; Staff require 10, 7 &amp; 5 years experience, respectively.)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;DESIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!-- nl --&gt;I. The best qualified candidates will possess recent deployed experience in Afghanistan or Iraq in Counter-IED operations or intelligence.
