Qualifications:


What is The Hartford looking for?




+ 5 years of deep practical experience in the role, with repeated experience performing business analysis in a variety of complex situations.

+ Understanding of the business (P&C Claims) and application suite (Guidewire ClaimCenter)

+ Familiarity with Guidewire data model

+ Self-motivation and results oriented with the ability to work independently or with a team

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills in varying settings;ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Experienced facilitator with strong presentation skills.

+ Experience in project planning, oversight of project timeline and resources, developing estimates and prioritizing deliverables.

+ Basic technical knowledge around SQL and XMLs

+ Ability to effectively interact with differing levels of the organization (e.g. entry level end-user through senior level employees)

+ Agile experience, exposure to Jira or Rally

+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

+ Strategic thinking skills, ability to problem solve and drive solutions

+ Demonstrated ability to partner with internal shared service IT groups, offshore delivery centers, and external vendors.
