The
Coordinator - Clinic Careprovides operational
accountability for and coordination of patient care services in the
ambulatory
clinics. Oversees the work activities of the clinic staff and
delegates patient
care activities to facilitate optimal patient care. Provides care
coordination
for patients and performs direct patient care as needed. Develops,
implements, and
evaluates clinical services in collaboration with members of the
multidisciplinary team to promote and render the highest quality of
service for
patients.

Requirements
Minimum
Qualifications:Must meet education requirements for
Hawai i state licensing.Current Hawai i RN
license.Current BLS/HCP card.Three years
acute care nursing experience in Pediatrics, OB/GYN, or with Adults
or relevant experience.
One year charge nurse or related experience.
Preferred:PALS. ACLS.Current
national certification in area of specialty.
