Production Station Manager (full time)Responsibilities:*Manage brand delivery and integrity for all rental programs in accordance with brand specifications throughout the operation *Supervise employees of the entire location or specific operational functions *Ensure clean vehicles, a full ready line with proper car mix and sound specialty car management in accordance with company standards *Proactively seek process improvement to ensure high quality customer service *Resolve customer issues and disputes on a timely basis *Manage overall branch operations in absence of and/or request of the Branch Manager *Perform customer service duties on an as-needed basis; in the case of a difficult transaction, during busy periods, and/or for training purposes *Conduct and/or participate in the recruitment, interviewing and hiring of branch employees *Evaluate customer service performance of employees, prepare effective reviews and participate in the review process *Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality *Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned*Manages wash line and shuttlesQualifications:*Bachelor''s degree a plus or equivalent education and work experience *2+ years experience managing employee relations in a high volume operation. *Strong team-oriented leadership skills honed through proven track record in management role. *Proficient understanding and knowledge of rental car operations involving production line; company principles, policies, procedures and standards - a plus. *Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across the organization with peers, subordinates and supervisors; both written and verbal. *Aside from religious observance, must be available to work any days or shifts necessary. *Valid driver''s license with a satisfactory driving recordPay: TBD
