Responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a direct report to the IOP and 1 Network Global Programme management, the Regional Programme Manager is responsible for:
* Establishing a regional programme delivery team (with assistance from the global programme team);
* Building and managing relationships with local IT and business management, in conjunction with the regional sponsor;
* Leading the mobilisation of the programme within the region;

Purpose:
Execute a management role with Time Warner Cable Business Class by providing operational support for the Order Fulfillment organization. This position will be responsible for personnel management of a staff of 20 - 30 (depending on location) and day to day guidance of all Business Class order fulfillment activities, to include enterprise, channel/agent, wholesale/carrier, government and corporate national sales customers. The Order Fulfillment Manager will need to be a driven, organized leader with extensive experience in a call center or order entry environment.
