Job Description Support the VP and Managers with correspondence, mailings, scheduling meetings and completing various special projects. Assist all other team members when needed.
Administrative Assistant to VP and Managers.
. Handle all correspondence, manage calendars, schedule appointments, meeting arrangements, filing, typing, and take detailed telephone messages.
. Coordinate Agent/ 1099 contract process
. Support all adminstrative functions for department
Maintain Kronos Time Card Records for non exempt employees in the department.
Monthly distribution of reports
. Prepare Group President Monthly Congratulatory letters and Quarterly Mtg presentations
. Support President and VP of Sales with various sales mailings.
. Oversee compensation paperwork including necessary follow- up and filing.
. Maintain and organize department files and supplies.
Serve as faciliator for 1099/Agent SOP process
Qualfications/Work Experience:
MS Word, Mail Merge, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Kronos
. Able to multi-task
. Good verbal and written communication skills
Meet monthly department deadlines
Deliver daily correspondence and projects with accuracy and timeliness
. Attention to detail
Education:
8-10 years Administrative Assistant experience
