Under the general direction of the General Manager and Lab Manager, the
general responsibilities of this position is to service all customers
who enter the store and assist them with the purchase of eye wear,
contacts, and exam services. This person is responsible for maintaining
company standards while: answering the telephone, greeting patients,
lifestyle selling eye wear, communicatingEYEMART EXPRESS (EMX)specials and everyday low prices, meeting sales goals, data entry into
the computer, following A/R procedures, lab interaction, dispensing,
troubleshooting customer complaints, filing, and reporting as
necessary. Also, perform any related work as directed by a Manager.
Specific Duties and
Responsibilities
* Maintain a level of professionalism as required by theEMXhandbook and follow the policies and procedures ofEMX.
* Answer the telephone following theEMXtelephone script and telephone guidelines.
* Greet all customers within 15 seconds of entering the store and
begin assisting them within 2 minutes.
* Use the “lifestyle” selling approach and explain the features
and benefits to all customers to ensure that the appropriate premium
products are being sold.
* Then use a summary style close to review the sale and to build
value in the sale ensuring that all customers understand they are
purchasing as well as the value of the purchase.
* Fill out the Rx ticket completely and correctly as well as take
appropriate and accurate measurements. PD, OC, Seg Ht, etc…
* Price all sales correctly and enter them into the computer
correctly perEMXprocedure.
* Reach and maintain sales performance levels at or above company
standards.
* Pull lenses and interact with the lab for job delivery times.
* Maintain the filing daily. Call customers daily for pick-up, job
status, and any special order or production delays.
* Correctly fill out all reporting forms assigned. For example:
incentive sheets, daily ticket average, and daily A/R report.
* Daily basic housekeeping duties include but are not limited to:
vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, wiping down surfaces, cleaning
bathrooms, window washing, and anything to maintain a quality
retail/medical environment
* Assist with inventory control. For example: receiving stock,
maintaining the merchandising, monthly inventory, following the proper
remake procedure, loss prevention, etc…

Job Summary
The Director, eCommerce Services will create, promote and manage the delivery of eCommerce services for specified regions in cooperation with internal partners and agencies. The Director will ensure services, including SEO, PPC, Retailing, Website Management, Social Media, and more are competitively positioned and add value to hotels.
The Director will promote, drive engagement and manage the delivery of all eCommerce programs, leveraging existing brand programs and communication vehicles and evaluating efforts to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.
The Director will execute the strategic planning and coordination of eCommerce activities in the US and advance company goals, while supporting and directing regional and local level online promotions and managing key messages to internal and external stakeholders. The Director will ensure appropriate communication with other regional teams and back up to central brand teams to ensure alignment and optimum execution, globally and locally. Continue to seek-out and develop new forms of cutting-edge technologies for test-and-learn applications to drive competitive advantage, revenue and plan ROI.
The Director will represent eCommerce Services at regional meetings and to owners, management companies, development teams and partners in region.
Basic Qualifications
. Four (4) year college degree
. Seven (7) or more years of prior experience, including a minimum of three (3) years at the manager, senior manager, or assistant director level
. Four (4) or more years of Digital, Online, Media or eCommerce experience (SEO, Paid Search)
. Two (2) or more years of experience analyzing data and presenting the findings to internal and/or external customers
. Two (2) or more year experience maintaining internal or external customer relationships and satisfaction
. A minimum of one (1) year experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook in a professional environment successfully
. Ability to travel as required
