LRS Consulting Services is looking for a Hyperion consultant for a long term engagement with our client in Kansas City, MO. This is a high-profile position that will allow your skills to shine! Responsibilities include
Maintain the performance and reliability of the EPM (Hyperion & Essbase) application, along with providing backup to Admins on other applications (Siebel, PeopleSoft, OBIEE, and Archer). Work closely with customer, management, and other impacted areas to identify and meet requirements on projects. Develop long term strategic road map for technology area. Will develop performance metrics; build recommendations, and justification to implement change. Will demonstrate project management skills where tasks are broken down, appropriate task owners are identified, work is estimated, and tasks are tracked and reported on. Work closely with users and management to maintain and continually improve the operations, maintenance, and documentation of the systems. Work closely with business teams, users groups, and management to ensure availability of the system, ensure data quality, reliability, integrity, and security. Provide change control for the operations, maintenance, and documentation of the system. Plan and conduct the migration of new programs through the change control process (including upgrade / patch release management). Analyze technical and functional aspects of the supported applications and troubleshoot problems as needed. Monitor, measure and report on-line system performance and make recommendations to optimize the system. Design and configure security for the deployed modules. Will create and administer system contingency plans.

.At lesat 5 years experience as a System Administrator for Hyperion
.At least 5 years experience in software development life cycle
.At least 3 years experience in distributed client server environments, relational database technology, and the development or configuration of interface software.
.At least 1 years experience with EPM (Hyperion & Essbase) applications.
.At least 1 years of experience with in performance tuning of EPM applications.
.At least 1 years of experience with Unix & Windows Administration skills
