Currently, the Morristown, TN Container Facility has an opening for a
Customer Relations Representative. The main function of the Customer
Relations Representative is to manage major and significant customer
accounts while achieving and maintaining rapport with customers always
striving to exceed customers' expectations. This objective is achieved
through many activities including but not limited to:
. Receive and process customer requests for price quotations,
purchase orders, order changes, adjustments, and cancellations
. Coordinate with other departments in handling customer
requirements and providing service to customers
. Ability to learn and work in a team environment
. Strong math skills
. Act as the primary and sole contact for high profile accounts;
understand, anticipate and respond to customer needs in a changing
market
. Maintain strong internal and external working relationships
. Ability to multitask and communicate in a fast-paced environment
Two year college degree or comparable business experience required,
typically 2-5 years Customer Service/Sales experience. Strong computer
skills are a must including Word, Excel and Outlook; SAP /Witron system
experience preferred. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
is critical. In addition, time management and interpersonal skills are
necessary to be successful.
