JOB DESCRIPTION: Specifically, individual will work within a specialized team to develop UAS/RPV Intelligence curriculum in support of academic and crewmember duty/mission generation training. Candidate will use prior knowledge and expertise in the UAS/RPV intelligence community to develop UAS/RPV Intelligence curriculum including course synopsis, measures of understanding, and instructional plans using Microsoft Office products. In addition, candidate will participate or lead in the development of student learning lab exercises. Other
Responsibilities include:
- Oversees the development of reports, briefings, research, and other related documents.
- Works with other managers and contractors with the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training and curriculum components.
- Maintains project oversight for development and maintenance of course materials and records.
- Development of new training courses by developing needs analysis and validation of tasks with stakeholders, conducting task and job task analysis, building design concepts and overseeing the construction and implementation of new training programs.
- Ensures an effective course review and revision process meets established goals and objectives in order to obtain certification and current and accurate information.
- Makes recommendations on technology implementation into course concepts and practices.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor s Degree from accredited college or university required; Masters Degree preferred. 4 years of additional experience can be substituted for a Bachelors Degree.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 10 years of related military intelligence experience in which 2 years experience must have been supporting or working within the UAV community (Predator, Reaper ect.). Candidate must also demonstrate experience as a military instructor and have supported or actively participated in curriculum development. Candidate must possess a SECRET clearance. Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
DESIRED SKILLS: Recent experience working UAV operations. Hands on experience in UAV Target/Combat assessment, and UAV ISR Operations

Essential Functions:
- Participates in the planning, development, maintenance, and evaluation of clinical information systems.
- Provides clinical expertise in designing, analyzing, and modeling of nursing practices/processes/services into information systems.
- Coordinates and facilitates on-going KPHC evaluation including: user accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability.
- Develops and implements action plans as needed to support user accuracy, data integrity, and system reliability.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Four (4) to five (5) years of hospital nursing experience.
- Evidence, usually three (3) to five (5) years, of progressive clinical leadership, management, project management, or operational planning.
- Previous experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Experience in clinical process improvement, development of system requirements, and providing consultative services.
- Previous experience with Kaiser Permanente preferred.
- BSN or BA/BS in related field (such as Healthcare Informatics, Business, Health Services Administration, etc.) required.

- Treatment of the patient in respiratory failure on continuous mechanical ventilation. This requires competence in monitoring patient & ventilator w/ regard to ventilatory volumes, pressures, oxygen concentration, blood gases & clinical changes. The therapist must be able to report & discuss changes in the patient w/ the supervisor or attending physician.
- Equipment maintenance & repairs requiring a complete understanding of the more complex ventilators & other apparatus.
- Rehabilitation includes instructing patients in bronchial hygiene, use of equipment, & ambulatory exercise. This may include instruction of relatives in some aspects of chest physiotherapy.
- Draws arterial blood from patient for blood gas analysis using radial or brachial arteries.
- Maintains & runs arterial blood gas equipment in CCU & NICU labs.
- Establishes & maintains courteous, cooperative relations w/ the public, patients & others.
- Participates in the transportation of patients requiring respiratory assistance.Transports may be made within the medical center or to other medical center locations.
- Therapists assigned to the neonatal intensive care unit shall be required to perform the following: blood gas sampling from indwelling vascular catheters; blood gas sampling from umbilical cords; securing of endo-tracheal tubes including suturing, taping & determining tube positions; ventilator monitoring at neonatal surgeries.
- Performs other duties as required such as recording treatment medications, side effects, patient evaluation, effect of treatment, & responds to code blue.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduate of a two (2) year AMA approved school.
- Current California Respiratory Therapist (CRT) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- American Heart Association (AHA) approved BLS certification.
- RRT or a registry eligible by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- NPS certification.
