CFS Loss Mitigation Specialist 3 (Assistant Center Manager)
The Loss Mitigation Specialist 3 helps the Center Manager produce consistent polices, practices, procedures and results in a goal oriented centralized environment. This position will identify and address early and late stage collections requirements, needs/issue, volumes, and timelines for a portfolio or group of portfolios. This position will also recommend solutions for difficult delinquent accounts, provide excellent customer service to the portfolio of customers, perform limited administrative tasks (such as cash drawer management, answer telephones, routine typing, order supplies and pay bills), and service accounts. This position should assist in planning strategies to provide knowledge and expertise to employees regarding loan and insurance products, credit and delinquency decisions, difficult account solutions, and servicing accounts. This position will be required to work with limited and general supervision from the Center Manager, while providing coaching and hands-on training to other employees in the branch regarding loan and insurance products, credit and delinquency decisions, difficult account solutions, and servicing accounts.

Education Requirements:
. High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
.CFS Loss Mitigation Specialist 3 (Assistant Center Manager):Three to five years of sales & finance experience (consumer finance industry preferred); OR one (1) year previous supervisory experience
Licensing Requirements
For all CFS non-Personal Loan Center (PLC) Loss Mitigation Specialist 3 positions:
Possession of an active Mortgage Loan Originator License in the applicable state at the time of hire is preferred.
All individuals hired into this position will be required to apply for and obtain any necessary state license to sell mortgage and/ or real-estate products in the time allotted by Company policy as a condition of continued employment. While requirements for licensure vary by state, in order to obtain and maintain a license you may be required to provide a summary of personal and work history, submit to periodic criminal background and credit history reviews, satisfy pre-licensure and continuing education requirements, as well as obtain a passing score on a written exam.
For all other CFS non-exempt positions (LMS 1, LMS 2, and LMS 3 (in PLC only):
