Conduent is seeking an IT Asset Management Lead. The person in this role will be responsible for:


+ Responsible for strategy development in support of IT Asset Management ("ITAM") functions and implementation of operational processes to enable proactive management of software and hardware assets across the Conduent enterprise.

+ Facilitates governance meetings to enable cross-functional collaboration among department leaders for the purpose of continuous process improvement.

+ Assists governance executives to develop and implement policies, best practices and procedures which support responses to third party asset audits, improved asset tracking and configuration management.

+ Participates in development of requirements for tools to be used for software license entitlement tracking, asset discovery, asset management, CMDB development and configuration management.

+ Skills interviewing stakeholders, identifying issues and gaps, and proposing solutions to resolve gaps are essential.

+ Familiarity with enterprise license agreement administration including Oracle license models, IBM licensing models, Cisco maintenance administration, asset discovery tools, asset management lifecycle tools, Service Now ITSM tools and ITIL processes is preferred.

+ Experience gathering data necessary to support compliance with vendor audits is required.

+ Ability to analyze data and convert it into useful information is essential.

+ Must have experience working with third party vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes in an efficient, collaborative and respectful manner.

+ Familiarity with change management processes, IT infrastructure service delivery and software and hardware contract administration is preferred.

+ Must be a flexible team player and self-starter who can work effectively with ambiguity to create process and structure.

+ Must be willing to take on both complex high-profile assignments as well as more basic administrative tasks behind the scenes as needed to support team success.

+ Process mapping and process development experience is a plus.

+ Strong oral and written communication skills as well as ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a positive and productive manner is essential.

+ Must be willing to assume additional duties as assigned.

**Additional Scope:**

+ Primarily domestic accountability; may include some international asset management accountability

**Education and Training:**

+ Certification in IT Asset Management is require

+ Vendor Management experience is require

+ 4 year undergraduate degree from an accredited college is required

+ 5 years as an Asset Manager for a large scale enterprise organization is preferred

+ Advanced degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Law or related field is preferred.

+ TIL certification preferred

+ ITSM experience with Service Now is preferred

+ Must have expertise in use of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and One Note

+ Experience with Arriba, Service Now, Fusion and Eracent or similar tools is a plus

+ Primarily domestic accountability; may include some international accountability


+ Prior experience in a similar role is required
