Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Partner Development Lead, Team Faceboo

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

*Inthis role, you will:*
Be the subject matter expert for all ODCFBAuto and Travel solutions.
Enable and educate both ODC andFacebook go-to-market teams to ensure there is broad knowledge andunderstanding of ODC products across the Facebook ecosystem.
Provide sales support and strategy toGTM teams to maximize revenue and client success
Identify new opportunities and workwith both companies to win new business for Oracle Data Cloud
Manage and own GTM relationshipsbetween Oracle Data Cloud and Facebook across your verticals
Acquire an understanding of thevertical needs and work back with partner management to prioritize and roll outnew solutions.
Partner Development will work todevelop existing Facebook relationships and identify strategic opportunitiesthat drive revenue for both sides. By understanding Facebook s business andensuring the marketplace is aware of our joint capabilities, you will helpsolve real world marketing challenges for Facebook, brands and agencies.
Thiscritical role reports to the Partner Development Lead and works closely withother members of the Partner Management team. This is not a digital media salesposition but an opportunity to interface with all parts of the digital ad-techecosystem, acting as the primary evangelist for Oracle Data Cloud products andservices available across Facebook. *Keyresponsibilities include:*
Manage relationships with FacebookClient Partners and CSM s with a focus on growing revenue and unlocking newverticals/accounts.
Be the ODC sales point person for theFacebook sales team and the Facebook point person for the ODC sales team tobuild a strategic, mutually beneficial partnership.
Possess detailed knowledge of both theODC and our Facebook specific solutions
Possess a detailed knowledge of yourspecified vertical landscape both at Oracle Data Cloud and at Facebook
Understand how to package these solutionsto support marketing objectives
Drive sales and seller education byhosting formal partner trainings and meetings. Be the eyes and ears on theground, delivering feedback to the Partner Management team to prioritizebusiness initiatives within Facebook
Drive education and seller trainingswith Facebook PMD s.
Gather competitive insights and marketfeedback to prioritize internal development at the ODC.
Build relationships with all sales anddata partnership leads as well as key stakeholders internally at the ODC
Map and understand FMP/Facebook org:identify key players, decision makers, and influencers
Account Planning: know each sales repsaccounts for purpose of prioritizing and driving resources internally to alignwith demand
Knowing Facebook s organization verywell is key, from a technical perspective as well as company structure
A deep rolodex of Facebook CP s andCSM s in Auto and Travel verticals is a major factor in success
Serve as the day-to-day sales/solutionscontact for ODC and Facebook Sales and Global Marketing in your respectivevertical.
Be Facebook's offline data targeting& measurement knowledge-base
Cover and attend all pertinent Partneror Client facing events
Ensurethe ODC is represented and our content is pushed at these events by Partnersthemselves

*Skillsand Qualifications:*
5 years sales, sales support, orbusiness development experience working with advertising agencies, publishers,or digital media providers (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, FMPs).
Experience with Auto and Travel brandswith a digital presence a major plus.
Demonstrated track record in theability to build and grow revenue oriented businesses.
Advanced understanding of the Internetand online advertising techniques
Strong understanding of data-driventargeting practices
Strong understanding of both online andoffline measurement tools and solutions
Solid verbal, interpersonal and writtencommunication skills with the ability to make executive level presentations.
Ability to manage within a verydynamic, fast-paced work environment
Demonstrated ability to self-motivateyet prize team collaboration.
BA/BS degree required.
