Job Description:

This position provides clerical support for the Office of the CFO and related units, Budget Office, and Internal Audit. Must prepare requisitions and payment documents. Responsible for filing, answering phone and greeting walk-in customers. Specific duties include printing of payroll reports and processing payment documents, distributing bankruptcy correspondence to appropriate WKU offices, maintain WKU approved drivers list, review certain expenditure documents for policy compliance, and other general office duties that may arise.


+ High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of two years clerical experience.

Additional Information:

Hourly Rate: $11.83
