The District Manager is responsible for recruiting, leading, motivating and developing a team of Site Managers to ensure performance targets are achieved. To implement strategies and projects to increase revenue and growth of assigned territory (northwest Arkansas).

Key Responsibilities

+ Drives quality and excellent customer service standards through the daily management of assigned site locations. Accountable for satisfactorily resolving customer complaints and damage claims, including vehicle incident reports for assigned territory.

+ Manages multiple site locations and ensures company goals and initiatives are met: (Volumes/RPW/Revenues/EBIDTA/Labor/Chemical) Monitors sites through Cleanliness, Value, and Service evaluations to insure company standards and procedures are maintained through site checklists and training follow up.

+ Drives sales/volumes by directing site sales/promotional efforts for assigned territory. Promotes company by developing community relationships (Chamber of Commerce meetings, visiting Community Schools, and Community Events,

+ Supports recruiting, hiring and retention efforts for site teams. Reviews weekly and bi-weekly remittance of hours worked to maintain labor budget. Communicates and enforces company policies and procedures, including promotional and disciplinary actions.

+ Monitors sites through cleanliness, value, equipment operation and service. Ensures company standards and procedures are maintained.

+ Creates and promotes a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing the company safety program within assigned territory.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

+ Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.

+ Car wash experience preferred; retail/automotive/restaurant also will be considered

+ 5 to 7 years minimum of customer service/retail management experience in a leadership role managing multiple units

+ Numerate, computer literate (including both POS systems and Microsoft) and analytical, with excellent communication and service skills

+ Mechanical and chemical knowledge preferred
