General Summary
Under general supervision the Lead Retail Shipping Clerk is responsible for picking,
checking, changes, packing and shipping frames to retail customers
Essential Functions
Process full cycle of order fulfillment for retail customers, including picking,
checking, changes, packing, and shipping.
Pre-ticket frames for retailers as directed
Attach sensors to frames as directed
Print order tickets and shipping labels
Monitor inventory levels
Answers Customer Service and sales rep phone calls and assists in resolving any issues
Communicates to the Assistant Supervisor if there are any work issues that need to be
addressed
Perform all other duties as required

Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous distribution center or shipping experience is preferred
Basic computer skills preferred
Able to operate wave machine and power jack
Must be able to prioritize work
Must be detailed oriented and accurate and able to multitask
Must be able to work accurately and safely under pressure
Overtime and weekend hours maybe required
Computer knowledge
