WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR:
Senior Store Manager
Reporting to the District Manager and Regional Operations Manager, this position is ideal for an enthusiastic, committed leader who enjoys hands on Apparel Retail and has multiple years of management experience.
Job Requirements:
3+ years experience as a RETAIL APPAREL MANAGER
Training, merchandising, and multi-unit management experience is a plus
A proven track record in achieving Sales, KPI’s & wage targets
A positive “Fast and Flexible, Can Do” Attitude
An ability to lead & drive multiple teams to achieve results
Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Scheduling flexibility is required (Must be able to work shifts during morning and evening hours)
Must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply
Job Duties:
Supervise all staff members
Open/close store
Meet and exceed sales goals
Accountability of sales, KPI’s, shrinkage and payroll cost
Driving and supporting all company merchandise promotions
Training, developing, and motivating team
Meet visual merchandising standards
Handle any and all customer service issues
Perform returns/exchanges & process shipment
General retail job duties as needed
