This Manager, Barbie Packaging opportunity requires design and creative sensibility combined with strong organizational and management skills. This role is responsible for overseeing half of the Barbie global packaging design process design strategies; concept ideation; structure, design, and copy development. The Manager will work closely with marketing, product design and development to ensure strategic brand alignment for product lines, within cost and target profit margins. In addition, you will partner with global team members to ensure upfront vision is produced as desired to achieve strong retail statements.
The Manager must possess refined skills in the following areas: design, communication, problem solving, organizational, delegation, and market awareness. Multi-tasking and attention to detail are also essential. This position reports into the Senior Director of Packaging for Global Girls Brands, and is expected to work closely with other functional team leaders including, brand marketing, product design, development, licensing, marketing communications, and retail sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Lead creativity. Actively participate in generating innovative and creative packaging concepts to maintain fresh and current approach to package design, as well as brand image at retail. Facilitate style guide development for existing and new product lines. Maintain a keen knowledge of trends market, packaging, design, fashion, and lifestyle.
Drive schedules. Achieving and maintaining creative alignment with cross-functional partners is key in ensuring packaging milestones are delivered on time.
Manage a diverse team. Foster a creative work environment to engage group.
Guide career growth of a cross-functional team with various skills and
key responsibilities. Partner closely with Asia team members to facilitate success throughout entire development and production process.
Re-imagine customer experiences. Actively pursue new ways to engage the consumer in aisle, and seek ways to improve how customers interact with packaging.
Requirements:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
BS/BA with 8+ years professional experience, or MS with 6+ years professional experience

 At Mattel the majority of our production support is outsourced. The business analyst role provides oversight to assigned business support areas ensuring quality production support. The role acts as liaison between the business and outsource group where needed.
Requirements:

Summary:

The DAU will process and validate all data. The data is then transmitted to various aircraft systems such as cockpit displays, flight or maintenance data recorders, FADEC or other systems.
Requires:

* 5+ years writing C/C++
* 3+ years minimum experience developing software for aircraft applications
