BASIC JOB FUNCTION: Determines whether incoming parts meet dimensional, visual and quality requirements. Responsibilities: 1.Inspects products received against current engineering drawings/specifications or inspection instructions. 2.Documents discrepancies and works with Purchasing, Engineering and Manufacturing to disposition nonconformance. 3.Participates in MRB meetings. 4.Maintains comprehensive incoming inspection records and ensures that they compile with the applicable quality and ISO standards as well as FDA regulations. 5.Coordinates the timely calibration of monitoring and measurement equipment throughout the facility.
