### Summary
This position is located at **Parent Central Services**.
This position is **RFT** which will be scheduled** 40** hours per week.
The Area of Consideration for this vacancy announcement is the local commuting area. (Military Spouse Preference (MSP) and Involuntarily Separated Military Preference (ISMP) eligible candidates are included in the area of consideration.)

### Responsibilities
* Oversees the administrative management of the reception area of a CYS program.
* Recieves children, youth, parents and other visitors in a courteous manner.
* Answers main telephone, ascertain nature of call and direct caller to appropriate staff, takes a message, or personally provies deseried information.
* Provides customer service expected in a "First Choice" organization.
* Utilizes Child and Youth Management System (CYMS) to oversee the collection, accurate accounting and reporting of funds.

Occasional travel - Less than 5% for possible training.

* Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
* Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
* A one year probationary period may be required.
* Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
* Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
* Health and immunization screening required.
* Successful completion of training requirements and demonstrated on the job competency is required.
* Travel to on and off post locations required.
### Qualifications
1. Progressively responsible administrative duties.
2. Skill in operating a manual or electric typewriter and current automation system and software (Microsoft Windows, Word, Power Point), Excel) required.
3. Must be able to type 40 WPM.
4. Knowledge of grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation and composition techniques needed to accurately type a variety of material from written sources or voice recordings.
5. Possess the ability to communicate effectively orally, and in writing.
6. Highly Preferred: knowledge of formats, forms, typing policies and common terminology of the program for which the work is to be performed.
