+ Calls per day: 7.5 with 9 stretch goal (specific territory optimization)

+ Execute 2016 Opportunity Decile Strategy as it applies to specific territory

+ Maintains an updated Territory Business plan and reviews with Regional Director on regular basis

+ Strategic Utilization of Shire resources ; Savings offers, materials

+ Execution of Speaker program protocols pull-through


BUDGETS and EXPENSES


+ Strategic and compliant utilization of L&L budget

+ Maintains checkbook and ensures spending is within budget

+ Executes all standards for routine expenses
