+ Maintains an updated Territory Business plan and reviews with Regional Director on regular basis

+ Execution of Speaker program protocols pull-through


+ Strategic and compliant utilization of L&L budget

+ Maintains checkbook and ensures spending is within budget

+ Executes all standards for routine expenses
