Covance is currently seeking a Sample Coordinator for the Madison, WI site.
As a Sample Coordinator you will:
.Learn sample accession tasks including: opening, entering, tracking, labeling, shipping and disposition of samples.
.Position will start in one type of sample entry.
.Learn to Coordinate with Client Service Coordinators to establish or update customer service procedures, with guidance, as appropriate.
.Learn to communicate discrepancies to appropriate personnel and assist with problem solving.
.Learn to handle internal customer inquiries.
.Learn LabWare Laboratory Information System (NIMS) and how to use in daily duties.
.Learn to distribute sample information and paperwork.
.Learn to input client samples into NIMS accurately.
.Learns to solve problems with assistance, contacting internal clients for clarification as needed.
.Other supporting duties as assigned.
