The Service Ambassador is responsible for assisting in the facilitation of an exceptional healthcare experience for patients and visitors arriving at Berger Hospital. The Service Ambassador greets patients and visitors and communicates with patient''''s family members. Requirements: High school level of knowledge. Three years customer service experience preferred. Computer experience preferred. Must exhibit a high degree of personal initiative, sound judgment, maintenance of confidentiality and discretion, and excellent decision-making skills to achieve organizational objectives. Requires a "team player" with excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and in writing. Shall be able to articulate the organization''''s goals and mission. Must be able to relate to all levels of employees.
