Job Summary: Under minimal supervision of Medical Director, Administrative Director and Manager, the Nurse Practitioner is responsible for examination and treatment of patients in the clinic for physicals, injuries and rechecks, injuries and rechecks, as well as follow-up if needed.
Minimum Knowledge and Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and accredited Nurse Practitioner program
One to two years experience as a Nurse Practitioner
Certifications, Registration or Licensure:
Licensed in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse
Preferred:
Masters degree
