Care Coordinator in the Emergency Center will perform CM responsibilities specific to the Observation population. Will round in the EC seeking out appropriate Observation level patients, manage the coordination process related to specific status, and admission orders. Manages placement in the appropriate Observation location, collaborating with EC physicians and Bed Operations. Cross train to cover ECCC and ATO functions.
Required: Bachelors Degree in Nursing required; 3-5 years nursing experience, 1 yr previous care management experience highly preferred and EC experience.
