Job Description
Kelly Services is looking for candidates with prior Customer Service experience for a client in Ann Arbor that supports a local internet company. Members of the Customer Service team will receive inbound customer service calls and guide customers through account set up and ad management, payment, technical troubleshooting and resolutions to problems. Candidates must possess the following:
* Prior Customer Service experience
* At least 60 college credits
* Ability to work a 40 hr work week between the hours of 8am to 8pm
Pay rate: $14/hr
