Facilities Administrative Assistant An organization located in Birmingham is seeking a Facilities Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis, slated to be 4+ weeks in duration. The Facilities Administrator will be responsible for directly supporting the Facilities Manager with inventory, stocking office supplies, general clerical duties, sorting mail packages, coordinating vendor services and submitting work order tickets. The Facilities Administrative Assistant will also be assisting visitors, communicate with Landlord as needed, event set up, and creating security badges.
