Job Summary: Depending on the location of the job opportunity the therapist will provide patient care in an inpatient, outpatient, acute care or homecare setting. Provides direct patient services upon referral from an appropriate licensed practitioner. Develops a plan of care for each patient referred and is responsible for its implementation and modification as necessary in accordance with the hospital/site policies and rules relative to care and treatment of patients.

Required:
Completion of a Bachelor, Master or Doctorate Program in Physical Therapy
Current MI State licensure
Preferred:
One year in a physical therapy setting
