Product Development Team as aSenior Project Engineer, Project EngineerorAssistant Project Engineer.These
positions are high-impact with primary responsibility for “Next
Generation” product research, development and management.
Core duties Include:
* Research and Development
* Project manage all aspects of new product development
* Responsible for all prototyping and preliminary builds of new
products
* Local/global inter-company/supply-chain partner:
coordination, communication, and facilitation
* Support regulatory and compliance testing activities
* Crisis management
Requirements
Candidates must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team
environment while quickly comprehending a broad range of product
design characteristics and marketing requirements. Candidates
must be effective at explaining & understanding complex concepts
& issues to/from a wide range of stakeholders including both
engineering and non-engineering professionals. Candidates
must operate effectively &
efficiently and demonstrate a “Do whatever it
takes” attitude in everything they do.
Senior Project Engineer requirements
* Education: BSEE
* Experience and capability
* Minimum of 7 years experience
* Must have a pre-existing concrete hands-on knowledge of
all aspects of electronics circuitry & test equipment
* Strong skills in managing and leading cross-functional
& cross-disciplined technical teams
* Duties & Responsibilities:
* 90% R&D & 10% Test engineering.
* Travel to China couple times/year.
* Heavy interaction with President & Marketing
organizations.
Project Engineer requirements
* Education: BSEE
* Experience and capability
* Minimum of 5 years experience
* Must have a pre-existing concrete hands-on knowledge of
all aspects of electronics circuitry & test equipment
* Duties & Responsibilities:
* 90% Test engineering & 10% R&D.
* Virtually no travel.
* Support other engineering team members.
Assistant Project Engineer
requirements
* Education: AAS or BSEET
* Experience and capability
* Minimum of 2 years experience
* Must have a pre-existing concrete hands-on knowledge of
all aspects of electronics circuitry & test equipment
* Duties & Responsibilities:
* 90% Test engineering & 10% R&D.
* Virtually no travel.
* Support other engineering team members.
