Our Paid Search Specialist position will be filled by a high energy, positive, enthusiastic and creative individual. We are looking for someone who will be responsible for day-to-day execution of Paid Search Engine Marketing plans and strategies across QVC product categories. You will also play an important role in team building, managing and training the Paid Search Senior Coordinators.
Developing, implementing, managing and optimizing Paid Search campaigns for Google, Bing and Yahoo. Includes QVC brand & product category management across portfolio
Analysis and Reporting of Paid Search Online Marketing results for internal and external partners. Providing actionable insights and develop strategic plans based on results.
Follow through with plans, reporting back on outcomes Work with manager on creating long-term strategies for everyday and promotional campaigns (strategy, budget, etc). Assists in planning and executing time-sensitive promotions.
Managing and training the Paid Search Senior Coordinators.
Manage relationships with internal Sales teams for specific QVC product categories. Liaison to Sales teams and other stakeholders, providing reporting insights and looking for opportunities to maximize the business.
Identify Paid Search best practices & sharing across Paid Search team Acts as a liaison between QVC and Google and other Search vendors.
Our ideal candiate will have a minimum of 2-4 years experience managing large Paid Search accounts to aggressive direct response targets
Strong math & analytics skills.
Demonstrated understanding of how to drive KPI's (ROAS, sessions, etc) and optimize to different goals/budgets.
Excellent communication skills across media, addressing both internal and external clients
Microsoft Office proficiency (Microsoft Excel-required; Microsoft Access-helpful)
Working knowledge of 3rd party bid management tools (Marin, Kenshoo, etc), min. 2 years, experience (required)
Google AdWords Professional certification & AdCenter Professional certification (preferred); min. 2 years experience with AdWords/AdCenter (required)
Web analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics, etc) experience (preferred)
Experience with competitive reporting tools (HitWise, Nielson, comScore, Search Monitor etc.) (preferred
Working knowledge of other Online Marketing channels (Email, CSEs, Social, etc) and cross-channel Search strategy (preferred)
Qualifications & Requirements
BA/BS in Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, e-Commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience required
