Title: T² Service Mechanic

Responsibilities:
* This position is accountable for the automated picking system maintenance and performance. Minimization of down time and maximization of system availability are critical.
* Maintain the integrity of the process equipment through: preventive maintenance, process improvement, repairs and service response.
* Provide technical diagnostics and hands on support.
* Maintain accountability by using and managing the computerized reporting system (Maximo).
* Ensure part usage is accounted for and inventories are maintained.
* Be part of the Continuous Improvement team. Work along side outside vendors and 3rd parties.
* Become familiar with the system operations and assist with training other Service Mechanics work as assigned.
* Consistent communication and providing assistance to the Operations and the Error Correctors to maximize efficiencies.
* Communicate preventative maintenance and repair opportunities as well as escalation of resources outside of normal hours when needed, to ensure system performance.

Ability to work second shift (3PM-11PM)- Tuesday- Saturday
* Proactive problem identification and strategic resolution is essential to the success of this position
* Must have technical skills and the ability to diagnosis, maintain and repair the process equipment
* Must pass assessment test, with minimum requirements for Service Mechanic
* Be mechanically inclined and have mechanical maintenance and repair skills
* Be able to read wiring diagrams and electrical instrumentation.
* Have worked with voltages up to 480 volts.
* Be able to maintain and repair mechanical components of the system.
* Be able to work with PLC controllers and able to diagnose faults and repair.
* Be able to use and understand computer programs and functionality
* Ability to learn new information quickly
* Be able to make fine adjustments to controllers, sensors and switches
* Have the ability to communicate, make sound decisions, work well under pressure
* Must be able to understand and perform, Safety procedures, preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, and have an understanding of controllers and PLC's.
* Ability to climb, work at elevations up to 80', and be mobile throughout the system
