As a Resource Center Manager, you will work directly with a team of resource managers, client team leaders and project teams to ensure that our members have an optimal employment experience. Qualified candidates will possess proven ability in leadership, communication, team building, and time management. Individuals who are successful in this position must be exceptional communicators and possess the ability to quickly develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships that are foundational to Foth''s success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Managing resources
* Coordinating resource forecasting and planning
* Prioritizing business needs
* Recruiting new members (e.g., writing job requisitions, participating in the interview/selection process, etc.)
* Integrating new members (e.g., developing integration plans, securing required tools, etc.)
* Coordinating contract resources
* Developing standard work processes, presentations and training materials
* Coordinating member recognition program, performance evaluations and integration reviews
* Planning member events

* Travel as required (domestic and/or international) for field work and/or other client/business objectives

Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor''s degree in Business, HR Management or related technical/engineering discipline
* 5-10 years of related work experience in engineering, manufacturing operations or a consulting environment
* Previous experience with the following:
* Managing people, projects and/or leading initiatives
* Documenting work processes
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with HR Management Practices and related Labor Law
* Previous experience with the following:
* Project or resource planning/scheduling within engineering, manufacturing operations or a consulting environment
* Life cycle of engineering projects and/or a capital execution process
* Writing engineering proposals
* Documenting work processes
* Developing and delivering presentations
* Various compensation structures, performance evaluation/management systems and recruiting practices
