Seabrook Station is located on 900 acres on the seacoast of southern New Hampshire. Along with the description of the duties you can expect in this role below, some of the duties associated with the N Training Maintenance/Tech Instructor Sr. (I&C) will also be:
* Updating, creating, & delivering training associated with the Rad Protection program.
* Assess & evaluate performance of Rad Protection personal to determine training needs.
* Updating training material, interacting with Rad Protection personal & maintain training database to ensure nothing is overdue.
Job Overview
Employees in this role provide instruction related to Engineering, Health Physics, Chemistry, Maintenance (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation and Control, etc.) and other disciplines, functions and specialties. This job delivers required training courses that meet regulatory compliance obligations in the nuclear industry. Individuals participate in the identification of instructional gaps and improvements of specific training agendas in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
o Develops, delivers and improves assigned training courses, supporting materials and instructor/student evaluations using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
o Revises instructional materials to reflect changes in plant design, current plant practices, regulations, and/or operating philosophies
o Provides direction and coaches less-experienced instructors
o Serves as the training program lead to ensure all elements of assigned instruction comply with company standards, NRC regulations, INPO accreditation criteria, and other codes, standards and regulatory requirements
o Performs other job-related duties as assigned

o High School Grad / GED
o Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
o Experience:8+ years
