Job Details:
Position will be located at our new Heater Road facility. At this busy family practice the Ambulatory Care Nurse provides the section with continuing health care to patients and families in the ambulatory care setting through assessment, planning, implementation, teaching and evaluation. This position requires someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to remain flexible.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current NH registered nurse licensure required.
