Job Description SAP Business Integration Financial Systems Analyst Associate Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, support the development and maintenance of:
-Activity Scripts: Documentation of the functional business design
-Functional Specifications: functional requirements that are the basis for technical design & development
-Business Process Procedures: Detailed process descriptions and flows
-SAP Business Roles including applicable SAP transaction codes
-Selected system implementation activities surrounding the addition of new businesses (company codes) or system upgrades/functionality
-Maintenance of SAP on-line help and module training material
-SAP help desk support
-Ongoing alignment of MS2, GTL & International business processes and SAP system functionality
-Support for the MS2,GTL & International Finance community regarding:
-the development or improvement of SAP reports
-Internal; external and DCAA audits
-Sarbanes Oxley requirements
-SAP user groups
-Support weekly process and interface issues
-Support of month end closing
-Master Data maintenance
-Functional tester for system changes
Standard Job Description Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions. Compiles and reviews budgets using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration. Performs multiple financial cost analyses functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control systems, collecting data, controlling costs and preparing reports that maintain the company''s cost accounting system. Ensures that costs are allocated according to established procedures. Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports. Maintains or oversees the control of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments, and income.
